The agentic harness.
The harness is everything Clava builds around the model. It turns a lawyer’s instruction into a plan, gives each piece of the plan to an Associate, checks the work against its sources and brings it back to the lawyer to approve.

It plans the matter.
Clava reads every document on the matter before it does anything else. Then it writes the plan: the pieces of work the matter needs, the order they come in, and which Associate should do each one.
The plan sits on the matter for the team to see, and it changes as new documents arrive.
Associates do the work.
Each piece goes to a specialist Associate: due diligence, research, drafting, chronology, issues and more. Every Associate works from a blueprint written by legal professionals, setting out the steps a careful solicitor takes, the checks they make and what the finished work should look like.
There are over 5,000 blueprints across 38 areas of practice, so the work is done the way your firm would do it, not the way a chatbot would guess at it.
Many pieces run at once.
Associates work side by side, on one matter or across every matter in the firm. The due diligence report, the research note and the first markup are drafted together, not one after another.
Every point is checked against its source.
Before anything reaches a lawyer, Clava checks each citation against the page, the section or the judgment it relies on. A point it cannot support is flagged for the lawyer, never quietly left in.
The lawyer approves.
Finished work arrives as an approval card showing what was done, the sources it relies on and the points to check. The lawyer approves it, edits it or sends it back. Nothing goes to a client, and no source document changes, without that approval.
